Interview with Keith about

 The Art of Pass Rush.

The Titans used their third-round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft on University of Southern California defensive tackle #99 Jurrell Casey, helping to fulfill the team’s commitment to get larger on the defensive front seven. With Pass Rush Specialist Coach Keith Millard, Jurrell enhanced his dominating skills and in 2013, had his best year ever with 10 1/2 sacks.

Warren Sapp

7 Pro Bowls

1999 NFL Defensive Player of the Year

“Keith Millard is one of only two coaches (Rod Marinelli - Bears) who has the knowledge and skill plus the temperament to coach, teach and prepare the defensive linemen of today’s NFL landscape. Those looking for a teacher as well as a fellow hunter to attack offenses should just take a look and I guarantee you will love what you see. It was a pleasure to work with Keith for three years.”

 - Warren Sapp

Warren Sapp played 13 seasons in the NFL -- nine with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and four with the Oakland Raiders. Sapp was known for his devastating hits, quarterback sacks and his quotability with the media.  He retired from the game in 2008.

"Not many coaches believed in me. Actually most gave up on except for one. I owe a lot of my success to Keith Millard, who took me me under his wing and took me from being just a guy, into the guy I have become. The vision he had for me was bigger than I could see myself. He was so detailed on the steps I needed to take. Everyday he kept me before and after practice to work on my game. Coach Millard knows what he's talking about. He was an All Pro.  I am excited to work with him again during this off season, to take my game up another level".

“Everyone who is interested in defensive line play can learn from Keith Millard. It doesn’t matter whether you are a Pop Warner coach or an NFL coach, you will learn from Coach Millard. As a former NFL Defensive MVP and an NFL coach, Keith has a great perspective on what to teach at all levels and, more importantly, how and why to teach it! We have adopted a lot of techniques after discussions with Coach Keith Millard.” -Ron Lynn
